Rob Mesarchik,
Partner & Creative Director
Rob Mesarchik founded Mez Design in 1992 and has deep experience and passion for the creative process. He has been involved in creating successful brands for more than 20 years, working in partnership with The Republic of Tea, Beringer Wine Estates, Williams Sonoma, LeapFrog Toys, Levi Strauss and Wells Fargo. He began his career with several San Francisco design agencies. Rob is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Applied Art & Design.
When not in the office, Rob can be found hiking with his wife and kids or racing around West Marin on one of his many bicycles.
Maria McDonald,
Partner & Account Director
Maria has an extensive background in marketing and design project direction and management. Prior to joining Mez Design, Maria was with Foote, Cone & Belding where she managed clients including Pacific Bell, Taco Bell and The California Milk Advisory Board. Maria’s genuine dedication to client service led to the long lasting relationships she has built with Mez Design clients. Maria is a graduate of Brown University.
Maria stays active with her family and serves as the President of the parent board at her children’s school.
